Change a Seasonal Journey
A variety of four (4) different practices each month during a 12-month duration, such as Gentle Yoga, Slow Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga, breath work, meditations, mindfulness practices, and more presented during the seasons of Northern Finland Landscape. Available on-line and lead by Mia Kataisto - subscription options coming soon. Created, designed and lead by Mia. Stay tuned.
Meditation 🙏🏻
Meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that can benefit both your emotional well-being and your overall health. You can also use it to relax and cope with stress by refocusing your attention on something calming. Meditation can help you learn to stay centered, present and keep inner peace plus a number of other benefits for your mind, body and spirit.
I will also show you different tools to incorporate into your meditation practice to enhance benefits of the practice, but that part is totally optional to use or not during each session. We will also try different types of meditation practices.
Class will run weekly on Tuesdays at 7 p.m. going forward with the exception of Tuesday, March 14, 2023 I am away.
While I will run the class for one or many, doing meditation in a group provides a variety of added benefits to the practice.
